Instruction, Curriculum and Assessment
- Work with internal staff to ensure instructional designs include research based best practices
- Collaborate with teachers / L&D teams to support the development of standards based, high quality instructional plans
- Building Competency frameworks and conducting competence-based evaluation and mapping
- Support teachers/ trainers in the analysis of learner (student/ employee) achievement and development data (based on competency rubrics)

- Assess the success of development plans and help learners make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers/ HODs develop their team members through career pathing
- Coach people managers and supervisors
- Define roles and responsibilities – through redesigning competency framework and mapping
